What do you like best about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?
The tool is easy to use, I do not have to spend a lot of time to onboard my new team members but at the same time it has plenty of functions to get the job done and more. The integrations automate our working procedures for example with events. I also like that when ever we have a question, development need or anything else I can reach out tech support and/or our account manager and get a quick response.
What do you dislike about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?
We have a custom made email templates that work really well. But for occasional needs a pre-made template gallery free of charge would be nice.
What problems is Liana®Cloud Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does our customer communications, also for segmented lists very well. No need for additional needs. We also have a good working integration with our event management system which makes the use handy.
