What do you like best about Customer.io?

Customer.io is a super flexible tool. I use it for transactional emails and communication. Specifically I plugged in Segment data so that I can send relevant material to everyone that sign-ups to our product. The drag and drop campaign builder is super cool and you can basically build super articulated journeys and cover all cases. I’m also using to thank new customers (Stripe webhook). Data-driven segments are just awesome to target specific cohorts and slack notification just make me feel on top of my data.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

Ingestion is not always super accurate and the support is precise but still it could be a bit more helpful. I’d also like to have loops in the campaign event though I understand that it might lead to weird states

It helps to automate repetitive tasks. Using behaviorual data emails are always relevant. It also helpes me to send communications to specific set of users.
