What do you like best about HighLevel?
HighLevel is a powerhouse of a CRM system. It has a huge variety of functionalities and is constantly improving and growing. Within the few years that I have been using it, they have rolled out comprehensive workflow features, a social media planner, website builder, and more. My favorite part is how easy it is to create, set up, and send out email/texting automations. We use HighLevel entirely for planning our webinars as well, from building the landing pages, to setting up workflows and email reminder automations, adding registrants to our pipelines, and advertising it via the social media planner. It easily integrates with Zapier so we are able to hook it up to our other platforms as well.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about HighLevel?
There are a few features that seem like they should be obvious but that are not available as features yet. For example, the ability to embed surveys into emails, filter contacts by the exact date they were uploaded, view conversations that are still pending a response, make outbound calls, the ability to automatically detect duplicate contacts in the system, etc..
